(Sorry for such a late post for this month! I got sick and then we moved, so it was a very busy month)

Here are the items I received and some pros and cons for each of them:

Dr. G: Brightening Peeling Gel (120g $28)

14793781_10154854734538273_1918071098_n

Sample Size: 10g $2.33

Pros: It left my skin feeling really smooth and clean.

Cons: It has a very minty smell, which smells kind of like ointment or medicine. When rubbing the product in, it balls up right away and I’m just not sure if it’s the product or my dead skin.

Revlon Professional: Equave Hydro Nutritive Detangling Conditoner (200 mL $17.45)

14741006_10154854734403273_1460688066_n

Sample Size: 9 mL $0.79

Pros: This conditioner made it very easy to brush the knots out of my hair after showering. It also smells like salon quality hairspray, which I really enjoyed.

Cons: This is not something that I would purchase myself because I like using my conditioner in the shower.

Available at professional salons, Trade Secrets, and Chatters.

Lippy Girl: ShaZam Lip Shimmer

Full Size: $10

Pros: This lip shimmer has a very lemony smell, which I like. it does not have any noticeable colour to it, but it does leave a slight shimmer. It left my lips feeling soft.

Cons: It did not stay on my lips for very long and it felt quite sticky.

Jor’el Parker: Fango Mud Therapy (7 oz $35.56)

14793851_10154854734388273_1196285107_n

Sample Size: $5.08

Pros:  This mud mask has a very exotic fruit smell. It is also 100% vegan. it completely cleared out my pores and made my face feel really smooth.

Cons: I do not have sensitive skin, but when I washed this mask off my face was very red and it felt like I had been sunburnt. This has never happened to me while using a mask before, so I don’t recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin.

The total retail price for the products in this month’s box is about $18.20.
